With the district requiring parent volunteers (drivers for athletic events/field trips/other activities ) to go through a volunteer clearance process, Aragon will be holding its Livescan events onMonday, August 17th and Thursday, August 20th from 1 pm to 6 pm in the lobby of the Aragon Theater.Please click the linkhereto review the Volunteer Information and FAQs.

Please sign up for the time and date you will be attending withthis link.Please note that if your schedule changes and you attend at another time, that is okay. We are just getting a general idea of how many people will be needed to staff the event.

The District is now using a centralized Volunteer Portal where you can register for an activity/club/field trip, upload documents required for clearance, and receive messages from the District Human Resources staff. The volunteer portal will guide you through the registration process and will outline the clearance requirements based on the type and tier level of volunteer service you will be providing.

How do I apply?

2. Click theMy Clearance Profilelink in the sidebar menu

3. Click theApplytab

4. Submit the form

How do I get cleared?

Once you have registered, a new job record will be created. To view the clearance requirements:

1. Click theJobstab

2. Click on job title link

3. Review the requirements for the job

Click on each of the links in the Requirement column to view instructions for meeting that requirement. In many cases, you will be asked to upload a document as proof of completion. The Human Resources staff members will review items as they are submitted and will notify you when you are cleared.
